One weekend in June, we kept the babies from Friday until Sunday afternoon. To say we were tired is an under estimate. lol
The boys were really good, we're just not used to continual care. We actually enjoyed seeing the different changes in the babies.
I think Skyler is happy to have Daddy back.
Todd and Michelle have two foster babies and we have fallen in love with them. They are more than likely going to lose them within a year for the Mom to get her life back together. It's going to be so hard on all of us. I know the goal is to reunite the babies with their biological mother, but there is so much emphasis put on rehabilitation, the babies get put on the back burner. Their welfare should be the main focus. Please pray for us as we enter this new territory.
So grateful and happy Todd and Michelle are the best foster parents they can be.
