Just a few pictures from the wedding.  I have TONS more.
It was a great day.

I am so grateful for Todd and Michelle's marriage.

Weekend Update:

Friday:
MacKensie and Zack were in a school play.  They both did a good job.  Afterward, we ate at Eagles.
Saturday:
I had to work.  Dwayne went and picked up Cash as he was spending the night with us.  After I got home, we went to Rolla to buy Dwayne some carpenter whites.  They no longer carry them at the Family Center.  April looked it up online and all stores are discontinuing them.  We now have to buy them online.  What about these carpenters that doesn't have access to computers or know how to use the computer.
We then went to Todd and Michelle's for a barbecue.  It was friends, Todd's family and Michelle's family.  We had a great time.
As soon as Cash saw Chad, he took out running straight to him and yelled Chaddy.
Climbing up the side of Chad's truck.
Hanging onto Grandpa's legs.
Future horse shoe player.

Cash fell asleep around seven on the sofa.  I took him to bed when I did around ten and he still slept 'til eight a.m.  We had a family dinner of barbecued ribs for mine and Todd's upcoming birthdays. Dad came down to be with us. Unfortunately Todd and Michelle couldn't make it.  A good time of visiting.
I must have been really tired as I went to bed for a short nap and wound up sleeping three hours!
We spent the rest of the evening watching TV and snacking.

I'm grateful for these get togethers and for my Dad being with us.

Taco Thursday:

Lizzy
Last night was Lizzy's night to come over to the house.  She gets all the attention now as Nathan has moved to his Mom's.  lol  She is a special young lady and both Dwayne and I enjoy having her over.
Sput has $1 tacos every Thursday night so we decided to try it.  They were really good (and a cheap meal).
We stopped by Todd and Michelle's on the way home.  Michelle is such a bubbly happy person.  It's contagious, you feel the same way when you're around her.  They invited us over for a barbecue Saturday afternoon.  They were getting sand to set up the horse shoe pit.
Dwayne went to bed as soon as we got home.  He gets up at four every morning and drives to St. Louis.  I don't know how he does it, two hours to work, eight hours of work, two more hours to get home.  Makes me tired just to think about it.
Liz and I watched TV until her Dad came to pick her up.

I am so grateful for my family and the times we have together.

Mom and Dad:

My cousin, Ron York from Lake Tahoe and his wife, Martha visited with us exactly a year ago today.  Ron posted the picture on my facebook page.  We have visited back and forth throughout the years.
Dad, Me, Ron and Mom

I was looking at old pictures on my phone today and came across this one from a little over a year ago.  Notice Mom and Dad holding hands.  They did that alot.

Mom, Me and Dad

I am grateful for these pictures, such precious memories.  I'm also glad to have them as I almost forgot what Mom looked like.  I have the last few months of her being so sick and looking bad ingrained in my head, it's hard to just remember Momma.

Easter 2016:

Easter was celebrated with both the Elrod's and the Feeler families.  We didn't have as many this year. All the Elrod's was there but I'm afraid that since Mom passed away we're going to drift apart.  We did have several but not all of us as before. I tried.

It was rainy out so we had the Easter egg hunt in the basement.  I think the kids liked it just as well.
We had a great dinner and an afternoon of visiting.

I am grateful Christ died on the cross for our salvation.   And I am ever grateful for my family, Elrod and Feeler's.
